The rooms... read moreI contacted this plumbing service to install a water line from the hot water tank to the fridge. The rooms were back to back and required a small hole through the wall plus patching into the cold water line. The technician did a good job and was able to arrive the same day I called. I appreciated the responses. I did feel the quoted price was too steep for the job that was performed. It was not a difficult problem as a matter of fact it was a simple task. On top of the high price I was not given an itemize break down for parts and service. I broke my own rule of not consulting several companies. However the performance was good. read less

Tom Kensinger was my service pro and he delivered above and beyond my expectations. The flower bed in front of my house next to the foudation was very soggy and water was coming through the foundation into my house; assumed a water or sewer leak. Chalres from Alliance pros investigated the situation, throughouly examined the situation, checked all township/state codes and then provided a compeitive quote. Two days later Tom was onsite for the repair, it was around 90-95 degrees. He hand dug 6 ft of earth to uncover a broken water line in the foundation. Tom overcame serveral challenges with main water line shutoff not working, significant flooding while digging to get the job down. He also brought a change of clothes, before coming into the house to not muddy up my house/basement. He repaired the waterline outside and through the house and then sealed the water line and the sewer line in the foundation in and out. He took care on digging to separate the mulch and dirt, so upon refilling the hole he could leave it as he left. Lastly, he hosed down all areas of my porch, driveway and sidewalk. Basically looked liked it was never touched. He worked 12 hours and promised to not leave until we had water that night. I have never seen this dedication from a trade professional before and my long review is a return in kind for the level of work he showed my family. They will be my go to plumbing professionals from now on. read less

Maintenance free. Charles initially came out to spec out the job. I needed to get the system installed before my basement layout so the timing was tight given the item took forever to get delivered to the Home Depot for pickup. Once it was available, I called Alliance, Charles was on vacation and I needed a senior tech for the job. They arranged for Mike to come out but unfortunately he was sick last min. Tom Kensinger, another senior plumber specialist came TO THE RESCUE. Tom did an excellent job considering he wasn't briefed on the specifics of the job but handled it like a champ and was very professional all throughout, including working late to get the job done in time for me. I was handed off to Office Manager Amy to schedule appointment and I knew I made the right choice because she was super friendly and a professional with outstanding communication skills. We scheduled work for Friday morning, remember I talked to Jake Wednesday evening. Technician Robert Lord arrived on time and immediately I got a sense that I was in good hands.
