Absolutely had an amazing experience with this company. Professional from the office staff to the technicians. Jacob took his time with us and explained the process and assured that we were pleased. All of the workers were extremely respectful of our home. We had our bathroom remodeled to ensure that my elderly father could be safe while using it. Between the efforts of Tommy & Pete on 2 separate occasions, the toilet had to be replaced instead of spending more money to replace the parts. Jake went above and beyond to make the replacement much more affordable given what we had been through with this experience. They came out quickly (on a Saturday!) to take care of a clogged toilet. When we realized a pipe was going to need to be dug up, Tom hand dug it so as not to disturb the surrounding area. Very happy to say that he took care of our issue quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

We can be so quick to leave a negative review so im kind of late with this review. I was able to connect with Alliance via a third-party provider and I am so glad. They were very responsive and accommodating to my schedule and also notified me when there was an issue with my initial technician. My newly assigned service technician, Tom, was great. He let me know that the issue would require a full replacement and not the repair that I had anticipated. He also gave me several options that would work best for me. The entire process was completed within one day and exactly as expected. I would definitely use Alliance again for a future plumbing issue.

I had a utility sink installed by Alliance. The first service rep that came out completed the install incorrectly. I called them back and Alliance sent out a more seasoned plumber to fix the mistake. Overall they were prompt and the work was completed properly the second time. I was not charged for services a second time and it was covered under their warranty. I appreciate the quick turn around. The service tech was also professional and apologized for the work not being done correctly the first time.

Once repairs were made tech made sure to go over repairs again and made sure we were 100% satisfied with repairs. I contacted this plumbing service to install a water line from the hot water tank to the fridge. The rooms were back to back and required a small hole through the wall plus patching into the cold water line. The technician did a good job and was able to arrive the same day I called. I appreciated the responses. I did feel the quoted price was too steep for the job that was performed. It was not a difficult problem as a matter of fact it was a simple task. On top of the high price I was not given an itemize break down for parts and service. I broke my own rule of not consulting several companies. However the performance was good.

The technician who arrived to install my dishwasher was very knowledgeable, helpful, able to answer all my questions and very patient. This was my first time using this company and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Charles was absolutely fantastic. Showed up during the window provided & gave me an estimate before starting any work. He had the pieces needed in his van and was out of here in about an hour to fix our sink pipe. Highly recommend. They also email all invoices and work done which is nice.

We have had to call on Alliance several times for service. Most recently they were called due to a leak in the bathtub faucet. They provided great service. From the dispatcher scheduling and keeping us up to date on arrival etc., to the technician coming. He explained everything. He provided options for the service with pros and cons of each. He was efficient in the work and very tidy in the clean ups. I feel very comfortable about what was explained and what was done. Very satisfied with everything and would definitely call on them again although I am hoping I won’t need to (smile).

The estimator (****) was at my home the day after I made the initial call and walked through everything with me in a friendly, well-informed, and pressure-less manner. He never tried to upsell me and, in fact, helped me prioritize the most important items to address. I am so glad I followed the recommendation for this company on the Nextdoor app/site. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I received excellent customer service—-something that you don’t find too often these days. My technician Charles “Chuck”Bigelow was great! He took the time to explain everything to me as he was going along without talking down to me (something that has unfortunately happened with other plumbers I have used in the past). He was very helpful and made sure to clean up after he was done. I will definitely be using this company again (and asking for Chuck) in the future for any plumbing needs!

Unclogged 2 sinks and replaced faucets

They come out here to recertify a water heater installation someone else did and took care of the permit. It's a bit expensive but the process is quick and painless.

We replaced the 20 year old alcove bathtub and the wall/floor tiles along with it. Alliance Service Pros technicians were highly professional and they completed the project in meticulous details with very experienced plumbers in a systematic and timely fashion. Project Manager Mike Hesley along with his team did a wonderful job in completing the project within budget and time frame. Though we completely relied on Mike's judgement at every detail requirement, he kept us informed at all times and monitored the work till completion with satisfaction. Alliance Service Pros were not at all inconvenienced to accommodate our schedule to work even on odd days and hours (because they provide 24x7 services anyway) it is very comforting to know their service availability round the clock in need for any emergences as well. Needless to mention this is indeed an A grade company with 5-star service providers when your needs are on their priority attention.
